One Roster for Players, Goalies and Staff
One sheet carries everyone: skaters, goalies, coaches. Each row states who gets what, in which cut and size. That is the roster template the hero button pointed you to.

How the roster is checked before anything is cut
- You send the roster in any format: spreadsheet, form export or a photo of the sign-up sheet.
- We move it onto one template and flag duplicates, missing sizes, and cut-to-product mismatches, such as a goalie listed for a player-cut jersey.
- You receive a confirmation sheet with every name, number, product, cut and size in one view.
- You sign it off. Production starts from the signed sheet, not from the emails before it.
Plan the Kit Around Your Season
Think of the plan as a countdown, not a to-do list. Start from the day the kit must be in hand and walk backward. Each step has to finish before the next can start.

The dates are yours to set; the order of the steps is the part that does not move. The most common delay is step four: a roster that is 90 percent complete waits for the last few sizes while the clock runs. Set an internal cutoff for sizes and treat it like a game time.
Support New Players and Repeat Seasons
Rosters turn over; the design should not. The approved kit system stays on file, so a mid-season signing or next year's order starts from what you already approved.
- The design system is saved. Colors, logo files, number and name fonts and placements are kept under your program name.
- New players reuse it. A late signing's jersey, socks or hoodie is made from the same files, not redrawn.
- Information is reconfirmed before a reorder. Names, numbers, sizes and quantities are checked against the original approval before production.
- Batches can differ slightly. Fabric lots and dye runs vary within a stated tolerance; we tell you what to expect before you order rather than after you receive it.
- Blank-name spares are an option. Ordering a few numbered jerseys with no name gives substitutes a matching jersey the day they arrive.

What products can be included in a hockey team kit?
Anything from the three groups on this page: game kit (home and away jerseys, goalie jerseys, hockey socks, pant shells), training kit (practice jerseys, reversible practice jerseys, training socks) and off-ice teamwear (hoodies, warm-up jackets and pants, coach and staff apparel). You choose the combination; the program keeps it coordinated.
Can player, women's and goalie cuts be combined?
Yes. The roster records a cut for each person, so one team order can mix player, women's and goalie cuts in the same design, colors and number style.
Can home, away and practice kits be developed together?
Yes, and it is the recommended route. Developing all three from one design file keeps colors, logo sizes and number fonts identical across the sets, and all three land on the same in-hand date.
Can multiple teams use the same club design system?
Yes. A club program shares one crest, logo placement and font set, while each team keeps its own colorway, roster and packing. New teams added later inherit the saved system.
Can each player receive a different set of products?
Yes. The roster lists products per person, so a goalie, a skater and a coach can each receive a different combination inside the same order.
Can kits be packed by player or by team?
Both. Packing by product is the default for bulk; packing by team labels cartons per team; packing by player bags each person's items with a name and size label, with goalie sets packed separately if requested.
How should we plan around the season start date?
Start from the date the kit must be in hand and work backward through the eight steps on this page: kit components, team design, roster and sizes, artwork and sample approval, production confirmation, inspection, packing and shipping. Send the in-hand date with your first inquiry and we will map the dates with you.
Can new players be added later?
Yes. The approved kit system is kept on file, so a new player's jersey, socks or hoodie is produced from the same design and color references. Small add-on batches are reviewed against the original approval before they run.
Can the approved kit be reordered next season?
Yes. Send the updated roster and confirm that nothing in the design has changed. The repeat-order review checks names, numbers, sizes and quantities before production, and the same design system is used again.
Can coaches and staff apparel be included?
Yes. Coaches and staff sit on the same roster as a separate group, usually with hoodies, warm-up jackets or polos in the team design, and can be packed as their own set.
