Water-resistant is not waterproof. Our shell options shed light rain and snow; they are not seam-sealed and are not tested or sold as waterproof garments. We would rather tell you that now than have a wet bench find out later. Exact fabric weights and compositions are stated on the specification sheet that comes with your sample.

One Colorway, One Logo Logic
The crest sits in the same place on every piece — left chest on tops, left hip on pants — and the back carries the team name in the same lettering. Sponsor marks go on the same sleeve on every garment. When the roster lines up for a photo, nothing is out of place.
Names, Numbers and Sizes Per Person
Every piece can carry the player's own name and number, and every person on the roster gets their own top size and pant size. A goalie who wears a large jacket and a medium pant is not a problem; it is a roster line.
Mixing Products Toward the Minimum

Coach and staff apparel is part of the same set: a quarter-zip or rink jacket in the team colorway, with a title (Head Coach, Trainer, Equipment) in place of a number. Staff sit on the roster as their own group and are packed as their own group.
Fit and Sizing
Fit and Sizing for Hoodies, Jackets and Pants
- Youth and adult sizes on one graded ladder, so a youth program and its coaching staff order from the same chart.
- Men's, women's and unisex fit. Unisex sizing is the standard run; tell us if your program needs a women's cut and we will confirm it per style.
- Regular fit for hoodies and rink jackets, with room to move; athletic fit for quarter-zips and warm-up jackets that should sit closer to the body.
- Layering allowance. Warm-up jackets and hoodies are sized to go over a base layer or a practice jersey without pulling at the shoulders.
- Jacket and pant sizes are recorded separately on the roster — the tracksuit matches in color, not necessarily in size letter.
- Custom size development for programs whose players fall outside the standard ladder; one confirmed pattern is kept on file for reorders.

Roster and Order Management
From Roster to Individually Packed Pieces
A team order is really thirty small orders. The roster is how we keep them straight — different names, different numbers, mixed sizes, and players, coaches and staff in their own groups.
- Send the roster. One line per person: name, number, top size, pant size, and whether they are a player, coach or staff. A spreadsheet or a photo of a list both work.
- We check it back. Duplicated numbers, missing sizes and spelling that does not match your artwork are flagged and returned to you before anything is cut.
- Confirm the groups. Players, coaches and staff are confirmed as separate groups so titles, numbers and packing follow the right rule for each.
- Approve the placement proof. A front and back proof per style shows the crest, name, number and sponsor positions against the approved colors.
- Individually packed, files kept. Each piece is bagged and labelled by name and size, cartons sorted by group. Your design files and roster stay on file, so a reorder for new players starts from the approved specification.

Hockey Hoodie and Warm-Up Jacket Questions
Will the hoodies and jackets match our jersey colors?
Yes, as closely as the fabrics allow. Fleece and woven shell fabrics take dye differently from a sublimated polyester jersey, so we match each fabric to your color reference and send the swatches or the pre-production sample for approval before the bulk run. Approve the shade once and it is recorded for the whole program.
Can each piece carry a player name and number?
Yes. Send a roster with name, number and size per person and each hoodie, jacket or pant is decorated and packed for that person. Names and numbers are usually embroidered or heat-transferred, depending on the fabric.
Can we order jackets and pants together as one set?
Yes. A warm-up jacket and matching pants are ordered on one roster with a jacket size and a pant size per person, and they are produced from the same fabric lot and color reference so the two pieces match.
Which decoration method should we choose?
Embroidery for crests and small logos on fleece and shells; heat transfer for names, numbers and sponsor marks that need fine detail; screen printing for large single-color graphics on cotton-blend fleece; sublimation for all-over color on polyester performance fabric; woven patches where a logo will be reused across several products. Send your artwork and we will recommend a method per position.
Do you offer youth and adult sizes?
Yes. Hoodies, jackets and pants run from youth through adult sizes on one graded ladder, with a layering allowance so the garment goes over base layers comfortably. A blank size sample is available so players can try on before the roster is confirmed.
Can coaches and staff be included in the same order?
Yes. Players, coaches and staff can sit on the same roster as separate groups. Staff pieces often use a quarter-zip or full-zip with a title instead of a number, and they are produced in the same colorway and packed as their own group.
Can the hoodies and jackets be produced in the same batch as our game jerseys?
Yes. Off-ice apparel can be planned into the same order as your game jerseys and socks so everything ships together and is matched to the same color reference. The team kit program page explains how a combined order is organized.
Are the warm-up jackets waterproof?
We offer water-resistant and wind-resistant shell options, which shed light rain and block wind on the walk from the car park to the rink. We do not describe them as waterproof: they are not seam-sealed rain jackets and are not tested as such. If your program needs a specific performance claim, tell us and we will confirm what the chosen fabric can and cannot meet.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the style and on whether the order is a single product or a mixed team set. The current minimum for each style and the policy for mixing styles toward one minimum are confirmed in your quotation.
How do reorders work?
Your artwork, decoration positions, color reference and roster stay on file, so a reorder for new players or replacement pieces starts from the approved files rather than from a new sample. Send the added names, numbers and sizes and the reorder runs against the recorded specification.
