Youth Sizing Without Guesswork
Good sizing comes from a few numbers the team already has. Send these with the roster and the sizes are confirmed before anything is cut.

How to confirm a size
Lay an existing, well-fitting jersey flat and measure it. That gives a truer number than measuring a moving player.
If a sample jersey is available, try it on over full equipment. Skate a few strides. If the sleeve pulls at the glove or the hem rides up, go one size up.
Avoid oversizing "to grow into" the jersey. Balance comfortable movement against reasonable growth room. Growth allowance is the team's call, decided per player, not a fixed rule.

The questions club managers and coaches ask most before a first order.
How should youth hockey jerseys be sized over equipment?
Measure with the equipment on, or measure a jersey that already fits well over it. Lay that jersey flat, record chest width, body length and sleeve length, and send those numbers with the roster. A sample jersey tried on over full gear is the surest check.
Can different youth sizes be mixed in one order?
Yes. One team order can hold every youth size on the roster. Each jersey is cut to the size listed for that player, so a roster with small, medium and large players is a normal order, not a special one.
Can player and goalie jerseys be ordered together?
Yes. Goalie jerseys use a roomier goalie cut and are made in the same design and colors as the player jerseys. Mark the goalie rows on the roster and both cuts run in the same order.
Can every player have a different name and number?
Yes. Names and numbers come straight from the roster you confirm. Each row becomes one jersey with its own name and number, and duplicate numbers are flagged before artwork approval.
Are reversible practice jerseys available?
Yes. A reversible practice jersey gives two team colors in one garment, which is useful for splitting a squad into sides at practice without carrying two sets.
Can matching hockey socks be included?
Yes. Hockey socks in the team colors can be added to the same order so the socks and jerseys match, with youth sock sizes listed on the roster alongside jersey sizes.
What happens when a new player joins?
The approved team design stays on file. Send the new player's name, number, cut and size and a matching jersey is produced from that design. Add-on orders follow the minimum order policy in place at the time.
Can the approved design be reused next season?
Yes. Once artwork is approved it is kept for future orders. Next season you update names, numbers and sizes and the same design runs again. Some color variation between production batches is possible.
Should teams order larger jerseys for growth?
Not by default. A jersey ordered too large hangs over the gloves and hem and moves badly on the ice. Balance comfortable movement over equipment against reasonable growth room, and decide the allowance per player rather than by a fixed rule.
Can jerseys be packed and labeled by player?
Yes. Each jersey can be individually bagged and labeled with the player's name, number and size so a team manager can hand them out without sorting.
