An order starts at 100 pieces. Inside that order, every piece can carry its own size, name and number. Everything that depends on construction or fabric, the quote states in writing.
Sublimation prints your design onto white fabric from a digital file, so the order needs no screens, no molds and no dyed fabric waiting on a shelf. That is why sizes, names and numbers can change on every piece inside a 100-piece order. Once a product needs fabric developed for you, or a decoration that has to be set up by hand, extra setup appears, and we say so plainly in the quote.
The print lives inside the fabric, so the first jersey in the order is made the same way as the hundredth.

Game Jersey
The full-design jersey for league nights and tournaments. Most orders carry a crest, names and numbers, all sublimated.
Quoted per style:hockey pant shells, multi-layer or heavily constructed garments, and anything built in a fabric developed for you. The 100-piece minimum applies, and construction and fabric conditions depend on the style, so we confirm them in your quote instead of guessing here.

What to do next: gather your logo files and a short list of names and numbers. A complex multi-color design costs nothing extra to set up in sublimation, though artwork that needs redrawing may add design time, which your quote will show.
Three Methods, Three Different Answers
Available Decoration Methods
It would be easy to say all three methods work on any quantity. They do not carry the same setup, so here is each of them on its own terms.
No setup
Sublimation
The design is printed from a digital file and pressed into the fabric before sewing. There is nothing to make first, so there is no setup line, and names, numbers and logos all ride along in the same print.
Stitched twill names and numbers in standard fonts are available. A custom twill crest has to be cut and layered for your design, and that one-time setup is spread across the jerseys in the order. Your quote shows it as its own line.

Embroidery
Every embroidered logo is digitized into a stitch file once. After that, reorders reuse the file. That first step is a one-time line in your quote, so many buyers compare it with a printed crest before deciding.

We do not print a price list here, because a single number would be wrong for most readers. Four things set the unit price of an order, and they work together.
Order Quantity
Design and handling time are shared across the pieces in the order, so the unit price eases as the count rises above 100.
Style Complexity
A goalie cut, extra panels or a lace-up neck means more cutting and sewing than a plain practice jersey.
Fabric Choice
Game-weight and lightweight practice fabrics are priced differently. Both are available in a 100-piece order.
Decoration Method
Sublimation adds no setup. Stitched twill and embroidery add a one-time setup that shows as a separate line.

The steps are the same for 100 jerseys or a full season program. The amber steps are the ones where we need something from you.
Submit Your Request
Send the form with your email and a short note on products, quantity and timeline. You provide: whatever you know so far; rough answers are fine.
Confirm the Design
We send a digital proof showing layout, colors, names and numbers. You provide: logo files, corrections and a final approval.
Receive Your Quote
The quote lists unit price, any setup, the production window and shipping. You do: read it and ask about anything unclear.
Make Payment
Production is scheduled once payment is received. You provide: payment by the method stated on the quote.
Production
Printing, cutting and sewing on the same lines that run our bulk orders. You do: nothing. We will write if a question comes up.
Inspection
Each piece is checked against the approved proof for size, spelling, number and print quality. You do: nothing at this step.
Shipping
Your order is packed and handed to the carrier, and tracking is sent to you. You provide: a delivery address and a contact phone number.

After Your First Order
Reorders and Replacement Jerseys
A team is never finished. Rosters change, numbers change and kids grow. Once your design is approved, it stays on file with us, and reorders run from that file. Reorders and add-on orders follow the minimum order policy in effect at that time, so many programs order a few unnamed spare jerseys with the main run.
A player joins mid-season
Send the name, number and size. The new jersey is produced from the approved design file as part of an add-on or repeat order. No new artwork and no new design approval, only a quick check of the new name and number.
Someone changes number
In sublimation the number is part of the print, so a new number means a new jersey. It is produced against the same file in your next add-on or repeat order.
A size no longer fits
The design scales to the new size automatically. You confirm the size from the chart and the piece goes into your next add-on or repeat order.
You want to change the design
A new sponsor or a changed crest counts as a design update. You will get a fresh proof to approve before anything is printed, and the old version stays on file too.
What to do next: keep your order reference from the first order. Quote it in the form with the new name, number and size, and the reorder skips straight to the quote. When add-ons turn into a full new season, the wholesale program will serve you better.

What is the minimum order for custom hockey jerseys?

Can I mix different sizes in the same order?
Yes. Every jersey is cut to the size you list for it, so youth, adult and goalie-cut sizes can sit in the same order, each with its own name and number. The size chart helps you choose.
Is there an extra design fee?
It depends on what you send. Print-ready vector artwork usually goes straight to a proof. Artwork that has to be redrawn, or a design built from a rough sketch, takes design time, and any charge for that is written into your quote so you can approve it or decline it.
Do you offer a sample before a larger order?
Yes. A full custom development sample is one complete jersey in your design, fabric and decoration, the closest thing to holding the final product. Samples are quoted as their own line, and whether a sample charge is credited toward the 100-piece order is stated in the quotation. The approved design file stays on record for the order.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the decoration method and on how full the production schedule is in the week you approve your proof. We confirm a production window in your quote, and we would rather give you that date in writing than print a number here that may not fit your order.
Are there copyright limits on the logos and artwork I can use?
Yes. We print artwork you own or have written permission to use. We do not reproduce professional league, school or team trademarks, or designs made to imitate them. If your crest is original, you are fine. If you are unsure, send it and we will tell you before any work starts.
